Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that it received work orders No. 3 and No. 4 from HUMAIN on Oct. 10, with a combined value exceeding 270% of the company’s total revenue for 2025.

In two separate statements to Tadawul, the company said the total value of work orders exceeds 135% of its 2025 revenue each. Both work orders have a 16-month execution period, with financial impact expected to begin in Q4 2026.

According to data compiled by Argaam, MIS signed an agreement with HUMAIN in September to expand the scope of a project to design and build AI-dedicated data centers, increasing capacity from 50 megawatts (MW) to 250 MW. The expansion raised the contract value to more than 689% of the company’s total 2025 revenue, equivalent to approximately SAR 8.76 billion.

MIS reported revenue of approximately SAR 1.27 billion for 2025, of which 135% represents SAR 1.72 billion, bringing the combined value of the two work orders to SAR 3.44 billion.
