The board of directors of Mohammed Hasan Al Naqool Sons Co. decided, on Oct. 10, to appoint Estidamah Capital as the financial advisor for its transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it would work with the financial advisor to fulfill all regulatory requirements and complete the procedures necessary for the transfer.

The transfer is subject to Tadawul’s approval and conditional on meeting all requirements stipulated in the Listing Rules.

According to data available on Argaam, Al Naqool’s board approved the transfer in November 2023. The company had listed shares and began trading on Nomu on June 2, 2021.

In July this year, Al Naqool’s shareholders approved a 100% capital increase through bonus shares, raising capital from SAR 29 million to SAR 58 million and the number of shares from 2.9 million to 5.8 million.
