Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) said it remains unable to disclose its preliminary financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026, as the audit of its 2025 annual financial statements has not yet been completed.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said certain requirements remain under review with the external auditor, preventing the completion of the audit procedures.

Chemanol added that the suspension procedures applicable to listed securities under the Listing Rules will continue to be enforced until further notice.

The company said it will provide monthly updates on the delay and disclose any material developments without delay.

Chemanol announced at the end of last month that it would be unable to publish its 2025 annual financial results within the expected timeframe due to the incomplete audit process and certain outstanding matters still under discussion with the external auditor, according to Argaam’s data.
