Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed a SAR 366.49 million contract, excluding VAT, with Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 26-month contract covers cleaning, maintenance, and concierge services for school buildings in the Qassim region under the framework agreement for integrated facilities management services for school buildings and private institutes in the Central Region (Qassim).
The financial impact of the work order is expected to be reflected in the company’s financial results starting H2 2026.
According to Argaam data, TBC awarded Shalfa the contract in June.
