Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Health) said its board of directors appointed on July 15 Abdulaziz Al-Anzi as Chairman, and Ahmad Alali as Vice Chairman. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also appointed Moaz Alzarkan as board secretary. It further designated the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
The healthcare services provider will form the Audit Committee later, the statement noted.
According to Argaam data, shareholders of Saudi German Health recently approved the election of a new board of directors following the resignation of six board members. The resignations came after the CMA issued enforcement decisions against several board members, imposing financial penalties and banning them from serving in entities regulated by the authority.
