Ahmed Zaatari, CEO of Advanced Building Industries Co. (SENAAT), said that demand indicators and the future projects pipeline remain positive, backed by continued spending on infrastructure and development projects under the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

He told Argaam that the decline in revenues during the first quarter of 2026 was mainly due to project execution schedules, revenue recognition cycles, and the expanded application of risk management strategies, rather than any fundamental decline in demand.
