RCJY signs a SAR 307 million agreement with YASREF to finance and develop 200 villas in Yanbu Industrial City under the “Yanbu 1” housing project.
The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) signed an agreement to develop a SAR 307 million residential project in Yanbu Industrial City, in presence of its President, Khalid Al-Salem. 
Under the agreement, Jabeen Co. and Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Co. (YASREF) will finance and build 200 residential villas as part of the “Yanbu 1” project over a three-year period.
The development is intended to meet housing demand in Al Aziziyah and Al Nakheel districts and will be built in line with modern design and construction standards.
According to the state-run Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the project aims to provide integrated housing units that support residential stability and enhance the urban landscape of Yanbu Industrial City.
