Nama Chemicals Co. said it was unable to publish its preliminary financial results for thethree-monthperiod ended March 31,2026,on Tadawul within the specified regulatory deadline. 
The company said in a Tadawul statement that the delay is due to the completion of audit work related to the consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 2025.
It added that the audit process remains ongoing and has not yet been finalized with the external auditor.
The financial statements will be published once completed and approved by the external auditor, and the company will proceed with disclosure in accordance with regulatory requirements, Nama Chemicals added.
