Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) stated that it was unable to publish its Q1 2026 financial results within the specified regulatory deadline.
The company added in a Tadawul statement that the delay was due to the incomplete audit procedures for 2025 financials, making it difficult to issue the Q1 2026 results before finalizing the annual statements.
Chemanol is currently working with the external auditor to complete the audit procedures for the 2025 statements, and will publish the Q1 2026 financials immediately after the annual results are finalized and approved.
The company expects to publish the results within the regulatory period of 20 trading sessions.
Trading suspension will continue in accordance with the listing rules, the company said.
