The deadline for listed companies to disclose their Q1 2026 financial results ends on May 12. The reporting period began on April 1, 2026.
So far, 214 companies have announced their Q1 results, while 27 companies have not yet disclosed their financial statements. This excludes REITs, which report semi-annually, and companies with different fiscal year-ends.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) had extended the deadline for interim financial disclosures in 2017 from 15 business days to 30 days, and the annual reporting deadline from 40 days to three months, according to Argaam data.
The extension was intended to support companies during the transition to international accounting standards and address implementation challenges.
