Mayar Holding Co. announced the commencement of commercial production at Rasa Food Industries Co., its 97.5%-owned subsidiary, after obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals. 
According to a statement to Tadawul, Mayar said that the start of commercial operations is expected to have a positive impact on its financial results during the second half of 2026.
Rasa Food Industries will produce food products including frozen shawarma skewers, fresh shawarma, and chicken tenders, with a total production capacity of approximately 1,000 tons per month. The company will also produce complementary products under its Grillio brand.
