Axelerated Solutions for Information and Communication Technology Co.‘s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to pay a 40% cash dividend, or SAR 0.40 a share, for H2 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 3, according to a Tadawul statement.
