Arabian Drilling Co. received notices today, Aug. 12, to resume operations of its remaining offshore rigs that were previously suspended.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the development reflects the continued recovery in offshore drilling activity, with the utilization rate of its offshore fleet expected to reach 100% by the end of Q3 2026.
The company noted that achieving full utilization of its offshore fleet represents a key milestone, underscoring its operational readiness, execution capabilities, and ability to respond efficiently to market requirements.
According to data available with Argaam, Arabian Drilling received notices last July to resume operations of three offshore rigs whose suspension had previously been disclosed in early 2026.
The company announced in March that it had temporarily suspended operations of certain offshore drilling rigs in the Arabian Gulf amid developments related to the regional situation.
