Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. said it was awarded a contract for the rehabilitation of water infrastructure at King Fahad International Airport, at a value of about SAR 80 million (excluding VAT). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the counterparty in the contract is Dammam Airports Co. It added that the contract term is 18 months, noting that there are no related parties involved in the deal.
Under the contract, the company will carry out the design, construction, supply, installation, replacement, rehabilitation and integration of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pumps, storage tanks/reservoirs, RO facilities, piping and tie-ins, electrical, and instrumentation works.
Alkhorayef Water also indicated that the related financial impact s expected to take place during Q4 2026.
The company also said it will announce any future developments in this regard at the appropriate time, especially after receiving the final version of the agreement signed by all concerned parties.
