Saudi Fisheries Co. said on Sept. 29 that its board had appointed Mansour Al-Sagheer as Chairman, effective Sept. 29, 2026. 
The company also appointed Abdulilah Al-Wabel as Vice Chairman, effective on the same date, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The appointments follow the board’s decision on Sept. 28 to accept the resignation of Chairman Abdulaziz Al-Humaid from the board, citing personal reasons.
