Saleh Abdulaziz Al-Rashed Sons Co.signed today, Sept. 29, a Shariah-compliant banking facilities agreement worth SAR 200 million with Al Rajhi Bank.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the deal is aimed to enhance its financial flexibility and ensure the availability of the liquidity needed to meet its financing requirements, support its operational activities and expansion plans, and align with its strategy and growth objectives for the coming period.
The facility is valid until Oct. 31, 2027, it noted, adding that a promissory note was provided as collateral.
