Dar Al Majed Real Estate Co. (Al Majdiah) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with global architecture and engineering firm Skidmore, Owings Merrill (SOM) to develop and design high-end projects. 
According to Al Majdiah statement, the agreement aims to combine SOM’s expertise in designing iconic landmarks worldwide, including Burj Khalifa, with Almajdiah’s development vision to create high-end projects that support urbanization and quality-of-life objectives under Saudi Vision 2030.
The agreement was signed as part of Al Majdiah’s participation in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Exhibition (SLRE), held at The Peninsula London from Aug. 24 to 28.
