The Saudi Cabinet approved the cancellation of the “Murasalat” platform and the repeal of Paragraph (3) of Clause (First) of Cabinet Resolution No. 456, dated Dec. 24, 2024.

The decision follows a submission from the Royal Court containing a letter from the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, regarding the permanent suspension and closure of the “Murasalat” platform and the establishment and development of the National Government Correspondence Platform.
