Trading in Ladan Investment shares will be suspended for up to five trading days starting Aug. 26.
Ladun Investment Co. said in a statement to Tadawul that tomorrow, August 25, is the final day for the public to review the document related to the company transition to the Main Market (TASI).
The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will place trading halt on the company shares on Wednesday, August 26, for a maximum of five trading days, while procedures for the transition to the Main Market are initiated.
According to data available on Argaam, the company recently published the transition document for the transfer of its shares from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market, after obtaining approval from Tadawul.
The company’s shares were listed and began trading on Nomu in June 2022. Its current capital stands at SAR 500 million, with a nominal value of SAR 1 per share.
