According to a statement on Tadawul, the contract covers the turnkey construction of residential units for the Dar Hamad 3 project in Riyadh’s Dahiat Namar district, spanning 9,600 square meters. 
The company said the residential project is part of its portfolio and comprises modern residential units designed to combine quality, privacy, and efficient use of space to meet the needs of various customer segments.
The contract has a 10-month duration, with no related parties involved, the company added.
The Dar Hamad 3 project is expected to have a positive financial impact on profitability by contributing to revenue growth and generating returns from the development and sale of residential units.
The financial impact is projected to appear in the company’s financials for Q4 2027, in line with the project’s implementation schedule.
According to Argaamdata, the company awarded the Dar Hamad 3 project in July to Raya Al Omran, a single person company, for the construction of 32 residential units in Dahiat Namar, at a total contract value of SAR 13.76 million, excluding VAT.
