Tihama’s shareholders rejected a proposal to dismiss board member Saleh Al-Rasheed
Shareholders of Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. rejected the proposal to dismiss board member Saleh Al-Rasheed during an ordinary general meeting held on July 22. 
The proposal had been submitted in accordance with Article H/6 of the Executive Regulations of the Companies Law for Listed Joint Stock Companies.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders approved the board’s decision to appoint Abdullah Al-Muneef as an independent board member, effective January 26, to complete the current board term ending on November 26, 2027, succeeding Abdulaziz Al-Ammar.
