Americana Restaurants International PLC said its board will approve the company’s consolidated financial statements for the second quarter of 2026 on July 28. 
The approval follows the audit committee’s recommendation, the company said in a statement on Tadawul, adding that the board’s resolution by circulation will be disclosed in due course.
Analysts expect Americana to report a net profit of about SAR 248 million for the second quarter, according to Argaam’s data.
