East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry signed, on July 22, a contract with Esnad Al-Turuq Contracting Co. worth more than SAR 64 million, including VAT. 
In a Tadawul statement, the company said the 5-month contract covers the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.
The contract’s financial impact will be reflected in the third quarter of fiscal year 2026/27.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
