In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the delay is mainly due to the ongoing completion of audit procedures, including work related to the current period as well as prior periods, noting that the financial statements will be disclosed once the audit process is finalized.

The company added that the change in the statutory auditor’s audit methodology was made following a request from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) after an inspection of the auditor’s 2025 work, in which Aldawaa was not a direct party.

It noted that the application of procedures related to the suspension of listed securities will be carried out in accordance with the Listing Rules.

According to Argaamdata, the company had previously announced in March its inability to publish its 2025 annual financial results within the regulatory deadline.

Tadawul had suspended trading in the company’s shares on April 1, before resuming trading for 20 sessions starting April 2, 2026.

It had also stated that the company must publish its financial statements no later than April 29, 2026, warning that failure to do so would result in a renewed suspension of trading starting April 30, 2026, until the results are disclosed.
