​RIYADH — Football fans in Saudi Arabia will have a new destination to experience the excitement of the FIFA World Cup 2026 as the Coca-Cola Fan Zone opens at JAX District in Diriyah on June 11.The fan zone will coincide with the start of the FIFA World Cup 2026 and will host a live broadcast of the tournament’s official opening ceremony on its opening night, alongside a lineup of entertainment activities featuring Saudi creators and international football stars.The venue will include two indoor viewing halls at JAX District, where visitors can watch some of the tournament’s biggest matches on large screens supported by an integrated sound system and dynamic lighting designed to enhance the matchday atmosphere.The initiative will transform Diriyah’s creative hub into a football-focused destination, bringing together fans from across the Kingdom for a shared viewing experience throughout the tournament.Opening night activities will feature live musical performances, football-themed entertainment shows, and interactive experiences before the official World Cup opening ceremony broadcast begins at 8 p.m.Visitors can also enjoy a range of activities across the district as part of a broader entertainment program marking the launch of the tournament.The Coca-Cola Fan Zone will feature an interactive area inspired by football fan culture from around the world, a merchandise store offering official souvenirs, face-painting stations with national team colors and flags, and a variety of food and beverage options available throughout the event.The fan zone is expected to serve as one of the Kingdom’s key gathering points for football supporters during the FIFA World Cup 2026, offering a mix of live match screenings, entertainment, and fan-focused experiences.
