The White Land Fees Program stated that land development activity continues in the Eastern Province, serving urban development and expanding housing opportunities, adding that the total area of land under development has reached 146 million square meters, while 16 residential projects have benefited from the fee revenues. 
The area of white land currently in circulation has reached 61 million square meters, added the official account of the White Land Fees Program on the X platform.
The program stated that the area of 49 million square meters has been developed, while the area of land currently under development has reached 36 million square meters.
It also noted that this supports increasing the supply of real estate and opens up broader areas for residential development and improved quality of life.
