Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. board of directors approved on May 14 the resignation of Mohammed Almuzel from his position as Managing Director, for personal reasons. 
Almuzel will continue as a non-executive board member, Wafrah said in a statement on Tadawul.
The resignation will take effect on June 1.
Wafrah had appointed Almuzel as Managing Director in July 2025, Argaamreported.
