Thimar Development Holding Co. said its board of directors appointed Sulaiman Al-Hatlan as Chairman and Mohammed Al-Issa asVice Chairman. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also approved the appointment of the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul, in addition to naming a board secretary.
In addition, the board formed the nominations and remuneration committee for the current board term, comprising Suliaman Alhatlan (independent), Sami Al Helwah (independent), and Saud bin Saeed (non-executive).
According to Argaam data, Thimar shareholders recently approved the election of board members for a four-year term ending on May 13, 2030.
