A signing ceremony took place in Munich at the Kempinski Group offices, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations, including Yasser Abuateek, CEO of Umm Al Qura for Development Construction, and Barbara Muckermann, CEO of Kempinski Group, reflecting the increasing presence of major international brands destined for the Masar development.
The project is strategically located in a Masar Haram area and is seamlessly connected to a mixed-use component that includes a Kempinski hotel and a retail gallery. Together, they offer an upscale lifestyle that blends world-class hospitality standards with the levels of comfort for which the brand is renowned. The development comprises 302 residential units of varying sizes, providing flexible options and catering to the needs of diverse resident segments.
