Nama Chemicals Co. will not disclose its 2025 consolidated financial results within the specified deadline, as the review process has not been completed to date. 
Nama will announce any subsequent developments regarding its inability to publish financial results on a monthly basis and will ensure timely disclosure of any material developments, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
According to Argaam data, Nama said it last March it would not be able to disclose its financial results for 2025 within the specified deadline due to incomplete audit procedures.
