Methanol Chemicals Co. (Chemanol) stated that it was unable to release its annual financial results for 2025 on Tadawul website within the expected timeframe of the statutory grace period (20 trading sessions) no later than April 29, 2026, according to a Tadawul statement. 
It cited non-completion of audit procedures, as certain requirements are still under review with the external auditor.
The procedure for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.
According to Argaam data, Chemanol stated in late March that it was unable to release its annual financial results for 2025 and the board report on Tadawul within the specified time. It explained that the audit procedures were not completed as some requirements were still being reviewed by the external auditor.
