United Carton Industries Co. (UCIC) said it renewed and amended Shariah-compliant banking facilities with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) worth SAR 215 million, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The facilities, guaranteed by a SAR 215 million promissory note in favor of the bank, will be used to finance working capital requirements, including Tawarruq, the issuance of letters of credit and avalization.
The financing tenor runs until June 30, 2027.
No related parties are involved in the agreement.
