Paper Home appoints Watheeq Capital as financial advisor to manage the transition file

Paper Home Co. board of directors approved, on Sept. 6, the company’s transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI) and appointed Watheeq Capital as financial advisor to manage the transition file.

The transition remains subject to the approval from the Saudi Exchange and is conditional upon fulfilling all requirements stipulated in the listing rules, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

According to data available on Argaam, Paper Home listed and began trading on Nomu on Sept. 4, 2023.

The company’s current capital stands at SAR 60 million, divided into shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 each.
