Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.announced the expiration of the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Masar AlUla Trading Co., without reaching an agreement in this regard, according to a Tadawul statement.

There is no financial impact from canceling the MoU, it noted.

In March 2025, Tihama signed a non-binding MoU with Masar AlUla Trading Co., which owns and operates the Hashikom restaurant chain, to mull the former’s potential acquisition of a partial stake in the latter, according to Argaam’s data.
