Tihama’s Chairman Hatem Bargash resigned while retaining his membership on the board
Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. said that Hatem Bargash resigned as Chairman while retaining his membership on the board, citing personal reasons. The resignation took effect on July 1. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board met on July 1, to consider the resignation and voted to appoint Fahd Al-Khunainy as Chairman.
According to Argaam data, Bargash has served as Chairman of Tihama since November 2024.
In a separate statement to Tadawul, Tihama announced that its board approved the appointment of Al-Khunainy to the vacant board seat, effective from the date of the decision until the end of the current board term on Nov. 26, 2027.
The company said Al-Khunainy holds a bachelor’s degree in Arabic language from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, obtained in 2002.
Al-Khunainy is a businessman and investor with more than 10 years of experience in real estate development, investment, hospitality, and industry.
He currently serves as Partner and General Manager of TAQAT Real Estate Co. and Chairman of TAQAT Mineral Trading Co., in addition to owning and managing several companies operating in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
The company said Al-Khunainy has extensive experience in company formation, business development, investment management, executive leadership, corporate governance, and overseeing the implementation of strategic and operational plans to support growth and sustainability.
