Theeb Rent a Car Co.signed a SAR 106.75 million, VAT-exclusive, addendum to its previously-signed vehicle lease contract with HungerStation to expand cooperation between the two parties. 
In a statement on Tadawul, Theeb said the vehicles will be delivered in batches over the first six months from the implementation date of the addendum, subject to any global logistical conditions or procedures beyond the control of the auto dealers and the company.
The company expects the related financial impact to begin showing in the first half of 2027, with gains to be recognized gradually from the implementation date and start of deliveries.
Theeb signed a four-year long-term vehicle leasing contract with HungerStation in December 2025, valued at SAR 110.4 million, with implementation starting in 2026, according to Argaam’s data.
