A Saudi-flagged vessel, NCC MASA, operated by a Saudi company, sustained minor hull damage after coming under attack while sailing in the Red Sea on July 24, a spokesperson for the Transport General Authority (TGA) said.

The spokesperson said the vessel continued its voyage after its safety and that of its crew were confirmed.

TGA called the continued attacks a violation of international laws and norms that guarantee the safety of commercial vessels and their crews.
