Taqat Mineral Trading Co. said its board, on Sept. 2, decided to mutually terminate the contractual relationship with CEO Ali Al Hudaif. 
He continues to serve as the Managing Director effective Sept. 2, the company said in a statement.
The board also appointed Abdulaziz AlSudais as CEO from Sept. 2.
AlSudais holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Saud University and has several professional certifications, notably the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP) certifications.
He has 18 years of experience and has held several leadership and supervisory positions at a government entity, the statement said.
