Tabuk Agriculture Development Co. (TADCO) signed a contract with Saad Ashwi Al-Sharari Contracting Establishment to sell its standing spring onion crop at the company’s farm in Tabuk for the 2026 season. 
The contract is worth approximately SAR 8 million and has a term of 30 days, according to a company statement.
Under the contract, TADCO will sell the standing spring onion crop in its fields to the buyer at a fixed price per ton, excluding value-added tax.
The buyer will be responsible for harvesting, packing and transporting the crop, as well as providing the required labor, entirely at its own expense.
Final settlement will be made upon completion of harvesting, weighing and payment.
The buyer is required to pay the full value of the quantity loaded onto each truck before it leaves the company’s premises.
TADCO expects the contract to have a positive financial impact on its revenues and financial results during Q3 and Q4 2026, based on the actual quantities harvested and delivered.
