Shareholders of Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) approved the election of the board of directors from among the nominated candidates for a four-year term starting Oct. 18, 2026. 
The election was approved at the ordinary general meeting (OGM) in accordance with the approved policies and criteria for board membership.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the incoming board comprises Prince Faisal Al Saud (Non-Executive), Dr. Saad Al-Sayari (Executive), Abdullah Al-Dhubaan (Non-Executive), Ahmed Al-Qasabi (Independent), Suleiman Al-Hatlan (Independent), Suleiman Al-Dakhil (Independent), and Saleh Al-Sanea (Independent).
