SIIG shareholders delegated the board to distribute interim dividends for 2026

Saudi Industrial Investment Group’s (SIIG) shareholders ratified the repurchase of up to 10 million treasury shares during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on May 20.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that its board of directors considers that the stock’s market price is below its fair value.

The share repurchase will be self-financed, the statement added.

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to complete the purchase within a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the EGM. The company will retain the shares repurchased for a period not exceeding five years from the date of approval by the EGM. After this period expires, the company will follow the procedures and controls set out in the relevant laws and regulations.

Meanwhile, shareholders delegated the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2026.
