Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. (SAICO) appointed Khaled Ballow as Acting CEO, effective May 21, 2026, following the board approval. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said Ballow holds an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2008, a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from King Saud University in 1998, a professional diploma in marketing from the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2003, in addition to a Professional Insurance Certificate (PIC) from the Chartered Insurance Institute through the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).
