Saudi Arabia’s cumulative renewable energy operating capacity reached 19.3 GW through September 2026.
The cumulative operating capacity of renewable energy in Saudi Arabia has increased more than 63-fold since 2020, the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) said. 
The center said on X that Saudi Arabia has promising natural resources supporting the future of energy and continues to convert these resources into renewable capacity on the ground.
