Holdings of long-term bonds reached $110.2 billion, representing about 77% of the total, and $32.2 billion in short-term bonds, making up nearly 23% of the total.
Japan remained the largest holder of US Treasuries at $1.103 trillion, followed by the United Kingdom with $998.3 billion.
