RIYADH — Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman met with Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa in Riyadh on Tuesday.During the meeting, they reviewed the prospects of bilateral relations and avenues for cooperation between the two countries, as well as promising opportunities to enhance this cooperation across various fields. They also discussed the latest developments in the region. Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Minister of State, Cabinet Member, and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, Secretary to the Crown Prince Dr. Bandar Al-Rasheed, and Advisor at the Royal Court Khalid Hadrawi attended the meeting from the Saudi side.Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Al-Shaibani and Chargé d’Affaires of the Syrian Embassy in Riyadh Mohsen Mahbash also attended the meeting.Earlier, upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport, Al-Sharaa was received by Emir of Riyadh Prince Faisal bin Bandar and several officials.
