The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) released its 2025 annual report, highlighting key indicators for the Kingdom’s construction sector, including the growth and distribution of establishments by size, activity, and administrative region, as well as the distribution of the sector’s workforce.
The number of construction sector establishments rose to approximately 365,120 by the end of 2025, compared with 281,820 a year earlier, representing a 29.6% year-on-year increase, the report showed.
