Saudi Arabia’s Cabinet, chaired by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, held a meeting in Jeddah and issued several decisions, including the approval of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.

The council also approved the statute of the International Center for Research and Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, and allowing investors to develop planned land and build housing units for beneficiaries of developmental housing programs in exchange for ownership of a portion of the land.

Meanwhile, they ratified allowing regional headquarters of financial institutions licensed by the Ministry of Investment to conduct cross-border financial activities approved by the Financial Sector Development Program Committee, and extended the deadline to regularize undocumented real estate transactions by one year.
