In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the agreement has a five-year term, with an option to extend it by two years.

The contract value will be determined through purchase orders issued under the agreement based on mutually agreed terms and the pricing schedule.

The agreement covers the provision of data center leasing services, including racks, cooling systems, power, connectivity, security, and support services, to host the Data Only Drill (DoD) and disaster recovery (DR) requirements.

MIS said the agreement is expected to have a positive financial impact starting from the issuance of the first purchase order under the agreement.
