Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah launched a multiple-entry Umrah visa, allowing holders to enter the Kingdom multiple times over its 365-day validity period from the date of issuance, with a cumulative stay of up to 90 days. 
The ministry said the permitted stay is calculated on a cumulative basis, with the total 90-day allowance reduced according to the number of days spent in the Kingdom during each visit, enabling pilgrims to make multiple trips throughout the visa’s validity, subject to applicable regulations.
Beneficiaries must purchase a service package from an approved provider within the Nusuk app for each visit. The duration of each package must not exceed the remaining eligible days available under the visa, while complying with regulations governing program durations and services provided to Umrah pilgrims.
According to a statement by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), entry into the Kingdom under the visa requires obtaining an Umrah permit through the Nusuk app before travel, aligning the permit date with the approved service package, and meeting all travel and entry eligibility requirements.
For the first visit, applicants must purchase a service package through an approved provider on Nusuk app, submit a visa application and complete processing by the relevant authorities, verify travel eligibility before boarding, and register entry upon arrival and departure upon exit to update the remaining stay balance.
For subsequent visits, visa holders must purchase a new service package from an approved provider, obtain an Umrah permit through Nusuk, complete travel and entry eligibility verification procedures, and register entry and exit to update the remaining stay balance.
The ministry noted that the visa will be deactivated after each departure from the Kingdom and reactivated for the next visit once all regulatory requirements are fulfilled. The visa cannot be used for entry during the Hajj season, from 1 Dhu Al-Qi’dah until 13 Dhu Al-Hijjah.
The multiple-entry Umrah visa enhances flexibility in planning visits and supports the integration of digital and operational services throughout the pilgrim’s journey, the ministry further indicated.
