Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders refused to approve the disbursement of SAR 1.97 million as board remuneration for 2025. 
The decision came during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 29.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the OGM approved absolving the board of directors from their liabilities pertaining to the management of the company for the same period.
According to data available on Argaam, Salama incurred a net loss of 91.6 million for 2025 against a net profit of SAR 30.1 million a year earlier.
